I’M LEXY!
A South Dakota-based Graphic Designer specializing in branding, illustration, and graphic design. After graduating from Northern State University in 2023 with a degree in Digital Media and an emphasis in Graphic Design, I’ve had the pleasure of working as a designer for My Place Hotels and freelancing as a logo designer.
With a background in biology, I bring a unique perspective to my work, combining creativity with analytical problem-solving. I’m passionate about creating visually striking designs that tell compelling stories—whether it’s through bold branding, custom illustrations, or engaging digital content.

My piece, “Oh, To Be Lucky,” was featured in Nice;02, a national survey of contemporary artists exploring personal, political, and social narratives. This exhibition highlighted intricate stories through diverse mediums, and I was honored to contribute my perspective to the dialogue.

For White Cloud, I created a logo and branding that reflects the client’s mission, using my background in biology to inspire organic, nature-driven elements. This connection helped me align the design with their values and establish a strong, meaningful brand identity. The project showcases my ability to blend creativity with scientific insight, resulting in a design that resonates with both the client and their audience.

My works, “Finding Freedom” and “Finding the First Breath,” were selected for the first annual Midwest Salon, a celebration of resilience and creativity inspired by the 1863 Salon des Refusés. Curated by Midwest Nice Art, this exhibition recognizes the dedication of artists and highlights works that were previously unexhibited. I’m proud to be part of a show that honors artistic effort and fosters a sense of community.
